Close one property before opening another

Complete a final sweep of cupboards, utility areas, balconies and storage rooms. Photograph the vacated property as required by your handover process.

At delivery, first confirm the correct entrance and lift. Place large furniture before filling rooms with cartons, then check the inventory and visible condition.
