Quotation requests

Submitting a form or sending a message does not create a booking. A move is confirmed only after the required scope, price, terms, date and payment arrangements are accepted through the company’s booking process.

Pricing and scope

Quotes are personalised using the inventory, access and service information supplied. Material changes, undisclosed items, delays outside the agreed control or additional requested work may require a revised scope and price, which should be agreed before extra work proceeds.

Guarantee wording

Satisfaction and on-time commitments apply to the agreed service scope, customer cooperation and confirmed access. They do not promise outcomes affected by inaccurate information, building restrictions, unsafe conditions, traffic disruption, emergencies or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Specific remedies, if any, are governed by the accepted service terms.
